You can request deletion of your League of Pumps account and all associated personal data at any time. Deletions are processed within 30 days of your request.
How to request account deletion
You have two options:
Option 1 — Delete directly in the app (fastest)
- Open the League of Pumps app on your Android device.
- Tap the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap Settings (gear icon at the top right).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Your account and data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Option 2 — Email request
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include:
- The email address associated with your League of Pumps account
- A statement that you wish to have your account and data permanently deleted
We will confirm receipt and process your request within 30 days.
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed within 30 days:
- Your account credentials (email address, hashed password)
- Your display name and profile photo (if any)
- Your Google account association (if you signed in with Google)
- All workout records linked to your account (rep counts, form scores, session timestamps)
- Your leaderboard entries and ranking history
- Any other personal data tied to your user ID
What data is retained
After deletion, the following anonymised, non-identifiable data may be retained indefinitely for product improvement and statistical purposes:
- Aggregated, anonymised workout statistics (e.g. average rep counts per exercise type across all users — not linked to you)
This retained data cannot be used to re-identify you. It contains no email addresses, display names, user IDs, or any other personal identifiers.
Grace period and cancellation
After submitting your deletion request, your account enters a 30-day grace period. During this period you will no longer be able to log in. If you change your mind within the grace period, contact us at [email protected] to cancel the deletion. After 30 days, deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
Beta subscriber list
If you also signed up for beta news on our website, that is a separate mailing list. Account deletion does not automatically remove you from it. To be removed from the beta mailing list, email [email protected] and request removal.
